The Institute for Security Studies-African Human Security Initiative Programme (ISS-AHSI) cordially invites you to a dissemination workshop on the Country Review of Crime and Criminal Justice in Tanzania- Complementing the Africa Peer Review Mechanism, to be held on the 25th of March 2009 at the Kilimanjaro Kempinski Hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from 08h30 to 16h30. The review was conducted with the aim of enhancing human security through proposing policy reforms for the criminal justice sector in the country. AHSI also intends to complement the work of the African Peer Review Mechanism by focusing on crime and the criminal justice system. We thus hope that the review findings will be fed into the country review report.
